Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is generally 2 to 5 working days after order processing.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors outside our control.
Remote and less accessible areas may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during the ordering process or communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
Some products or promotions may qualify for free shipping.
Order Confirmation
For certain orders, WalkIn may contact the customer to confirm the order and delivery details before dispatch.
Please make sure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are accurate when placing an order.
Delivery Attempts
The courier may make one or more delivery attempts depending on its procedures.
If the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address or phone number, refuses the parcel, or does not respond to the courier, the order may be returned to WalkIn.
In such cases, additional charges or restrictions may apply to future orders.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Although we work with delivery partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, WalkIn cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
If an order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost during transit, customers can contact us so that we can investigate the shipment with the relevant courier.
Address Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
